For most of us sea glass is the closest thing we will ever find that even comes close to sunken treasure, and I have to say I am satisfied with that! Who doesn't love to discover these little blue and green gems on the seashore. From trash to treasure sea glass is truly a testament to how the sea makes all thing beautiful. For me the sea is it!  The sound of the crashing waves and the smell of the salt air make me feel both relaxed and exhilarated at the same time.   All of my senses are heightened, and I just have to shiver and shake.  Soaking in the salt sea calms and heals. Sniffing in the sea vapor exhilarates. I want to run, roll and frolic. The sea is the ultimate cure – it creates the perfect combination of relaxation and rejuvenation. I feel a deep sense of well-being. 
I guess if you can’t get to the sea – sweat and tears will have to do!
